VECIJ produces a PostScript file of a latitude by longitude vector plot.
Each input record should have the format: TITLE(80),U4(IM,JM),V4(IM,JM).

The user's  .profile  needs the line:  export cnverr=yes

File of default presentation parameters:  VECIJ.I  or  /u/cmrun/VECIJ.I


VECIJ commands
--------------
A    display data for All grid boxes
L    display data for Land grid boxes only
O    display data for Ocean grid boxes only

Rn   rotate picture n grid boxes to the left

G    average and display data on appropriate Grid: A or C

X or Xn   display most recent or n-th record of file X
Y or Yn   display most recent or n-th record of file Y
Z or Zn   display most recent or n-th record of file Z

D or Dn   display most recent or n-th difference record
D Xn Ym   calculate and display the difference of Xn minus Ym
          X or Y can be replaced by X, Y, Z or D
          if n or m are absent, most recently displayed records are used

NX file n    load New file X and display n-th record
NY file n    load New file Y and display n-th record
NZ file n    load New file Z and display n-th record
             File definition accepts environment variables in .profile
             if n is absent, first record is displayed

S value   value of reference arrow, other arrows are Scaled
Vlabel    label for reference arrow in lower left corner

T         edit current Title (" uses characters from previous title)

F         write Files VECIJ.O and VECIJ.IF of title,data and parameters

P  Xn     produce PostScript file VECIJ.PS of record Xn
PP Xn     produce PostScript file VECIJ.PS of record Xn and Print it
          X can be replaced by Y, Z or D
          if n is absent, most recently displayed record is used

E    correct Error in previous command
Q    Quit program
