  Observed greenhouse gas amounts are used from 1950 to 1990.
  From 1991 to 2099, CO2 increases 1% compounded, but other greenhouse
    gases remain constant at their 1990 values.

C089 is similar to C088 but:
  Strength of ocean alternating binomial filter is increased to:
    NFILXO=1, NFILYO=1
  Width of Nares Strait = 30000 m
  Greenhouse gases are those of 1950.
  Tropospheric sulfate is that of 1950 with Pattern 1.

Minimum fraction of open ocean: FLEAD = .06
Minimum sea ice thickness: ACE2SI = 182 (kg/m^2)
Subroutines OCONV and STCONV are replaced by KPP vertical mixing
  scheme.

Atmospheric component of C088 is similar to A073d.
